Action |
| Up, Down, Left | Move the piece. |
| Right | Rotate the piece's colors. |
| Space | "Drop" the piece to the left. The farther you drop from, the higher your score. Find your match quickly! |
| 1, 2, or 3 | Create eraser piece of corresponding size. Takes away as many units from your Eraser-Meter. |
Colored blocks are "falling" from the right side of the play area. The object of Adtris is to line up at least 3 same-colored blocks in a row either horizontally, vertically, or both. When you do, the matched blocks disappear and you have more room to place more blocks.
Match up more than 3 blocks for a "Combo" which is worth more points. The bigger the combo, the higher the score. Plan ahead to have one match cause another match to fall into place. These "Chain Reactions" are worth a bonus, multiplying the number of blocks by the number of chain reactions. Advanced Chains (3 or more) are very difficult to score, but they really help your score.
You start off with 10 eraser blocks. You are awarded an
additional eraser unit any time you clear 5 or more pieces in one move, either
by a combo or a chain reaction. Use erasers by pressing 1, 2, or 3. An arrow at
the top of the Eraser-Meter
means you have more than 20 erasers blocks available. Be careful not to run out
of erasers!
